You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may request identity or other verification information where necessary.

4. Quotes, Rates and Fees

Rates, prices, fees and transaction estimates may change before a transaction is confirmed. The rate and charges applicable to your transaction will be those displayed or communicated for confirmation, subject to the stated conditions. Review transaction details carefully before proceeding.

5. Cryptocurrency Risks

Cryptocurrency and digital asset values can fluctuate significantly. Transactions may be irreversible, delayed or affected by network congestion, incorrect wallet details or third-party services. KESHTRADE does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Consider the risks before transacting and only proceed when you understand them.

6. Gift Cards, eSIM and SMS Verification

Gift card transactions are subject to the card's validity, balance, issuer restrictions and our verification procedures. eSIM availability and performance depend on device compatibility, destination coverage and the relevant provider. SMS verification numbers and received codes depend on third-party availability and the service's rules. We cannot guarantee that every number, gift card or eSIM will be available or accepted by an external service.

7. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Review the transaction amount, recipient details, product and applicable conditions before payment. Once a digital product or transaction has been delivered, redeemed, processed or completed, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
